How SLIP25 Corporation handles CareView data

CareView is designed to help clinicians and authorized healthcare teams capture, organize, review, and manage clinical records, including patient-related notes, images, and workflow data. CareView is currently being deployed on a beta and limited-access basis and may evolve before broader public availability.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by SLIP25 Corporation through CareView. It does not cover third-party websites, applications, or services that may be linked from CareView but are not operated by us.

Depending on how CareView is used, we may collect and process the following:

• account and profile information, such as names, email addresses, organization details, login identifiers, and authentication records
• clinical and operational content entered into CareView, including patient-related notes, identifiers, images, attachments, timestamps, and workflow metadata
• device, application, and log information, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash data, diagnostics, and usage events
• support and communications data, including messages you send to us and records of support requests
• content processed through AI-assisted features, where available, including prompts, outputs, and related operational context

• directly from users and organizations that register for or use CareView
• from information entered, uploaded, captured, or synced through the product
• automatically from devices and systems that access CareView
• from service providers that help us deliver authentication, hosting, storage, logging, analytics, and related platform functionality

• to provide, maintain, secure, and improve CareView
• to authenticate users and manage access controls
• to store, organize, and display records and images within the service
• to support synchronization, backups, recovery, troubleshooting, and auditing
• to operate AI-assisted features requested by users
• to communicate product updates, service notices, and support responses
• to investigate misuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations

SLIP25 Corporation is a Philippine company and aims to handle personal information in a manner consistent with applicable law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules, where applicable. Depending on the nature of the deployment, our processing may also rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations.

Healthcare organizations and clinical users remain responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis to collect, use, and disclose patient-related data in connection with their use of CareView.

CareView may process data using a combination of local device storage and backend or cloud-based systems, depending on the feature, environment, and deployment model. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to help protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, restricting access to authorized users, and following your own professional, legal, and organizational obligations for sensitive data.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• with vendors and service providers that assist with hosting, authentication, infrastructure, diagnostics, storage, communications, or AI-assisted processing
• within your organization or with authorized collaborators, based on the access model configured for your CareView deployment
• when required by law, lawful process, governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable safeguards

We do not describe CareView as selling personal information in the ordinary course of operating the service.

Depending on our service providers and infrastructure, information processed through CareView may be stored or processed outside the Philippines. Where cross-border processing occurs, we aim to use appropriate safeguards that are reasonable for the services involved.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide CareView, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the account type, deployment model, support requirements, and applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you or your organization may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

CareView is intended for use by professionals and authorized organizations, not by children acting in a personal capacity. We do not intend to market the service directly to children.
