Terms for using CareView
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CareView and related services operated by SLIP25 Corporation.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CareView, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using CareView on behalf of a clinic, hospital, practice group, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Service Overview and Beta Status
CareView is a clinician-focused product intended to support the capture, organization, and management of clinical records, including notes, images, and workflow information. CareView is currently offered on a beta or limited-access basis and may contain incomplete features, evolving functionality, temporary limitations, or changes without prior notice.
Eligibility and Authorized Use
You may use CareView only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to use the service under applicable law and your organization's policies. You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel use the service and that credentials are kept secure.
Clinical Responsibility and No Medical Advice
CareView is a workflow and record-management tool. It does not provide medical, diagnostic, treatment, legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. Any summaries, suggestions, or AI-assisted outputs are provided for convenience only and must be independently reviewed by qualified professionals before reliance.
You remain solely responsible for patient care, clinical judgment, chart accuracy, informed consent, retention obligations, data disclosures, and compliance with applicable healthcare and privacy laws.
Account and Security Obligations
- provide accurate account and organization information
- maintain the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, and access credentials
- promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents
- ensure devices used with CareView are reasonably secured and controlled
Data and Content
You or your organization retain responsibility for the data, records, images, prompts, and other content submitted to or processed through CareView. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis necessary to upload, process, and use that content through the service.
You grant SLIP25 Corporation the limited rights necessary to host, store, transmit, process, secure, back up, and display such content solely to operate, maintain, and improve CareView and to fulfill support, legal, and contractual obligations.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use CareView for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes
- attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service
- upload malware, exploit code, or content that disrupts operations
- reverse engineer or copy the service except as allowed by law
- use CareView in a way that infringes rights of patients, users, organizations, or third parties
Third-Party Services
CareView may integrate with or rely on third-party infrastructure and services, including authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, and AI-related providers. Those third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
CareView, including its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to SLIP25 Corporation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to you.
Availability, Changes, and Suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of CareView at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or contractual reasons.
Disclaimers
CareView is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during the beta and pre-launch period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLIP25 Corporation disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLIP25 Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, business interruption, or clinical outcomes arising from or related to your use of CareView.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid by you or your organization to us for the service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or if no fees were paid, a nominal amount permitted under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SLIP25 Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of CareView, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the use of CareView will be brought in the appropriate courts of Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CareView after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
